What we collect when you shop with D'liors, why we need it, who sees it, and the choices you have.

This policy explains how D'liors (“we”, “us”) handles your personal information when you visit this website or order from us.

Who we are

What we collect

  • When you order: your name, phone number, delivery address and city, and — if you give them — your email address and any note you add to your order.
  • When you write to us: your name, your phone number or email address, and your message.
  • When you subscribe to our letters: your email address.
  • When you browse: like any website, our server records basic technical details (such as your IP address and browser) to deliver pages securely and keep out abuse.

What we never collect

Card or bank details. You pay in cash on delivery, so no payment details are ever entered on this website.

How we use it

  • To confirm, prepare and deliver your order.
  • To contact you about your order, by call, SMS or WhatsApp.
  • To answer your messages.
  • To send our letters, if you subscribed — you can stop them at any time by asking us.
  • To keep the records the law requires, and to keep this website secure.

Who we share it with

We share your name, phone number and address with the courier company that delivers your order, and only what it needs to deliver it. We never sell or rent your information, and we don’t share it for advertising.

Cookies

This website uses a few small cookies that it needs to work:

  • dlior_lang remembers whether you read the site in English or Urdu (kept for one year).
  • WooCommerce cart and session cookies (woocommerce_cart_hash, woocommerce_items_in_cart, wp_woocommerce_session_…) keep your cart while you shop.
  • WooCommerce order attribution (sbjs_…) notes how you arrived — for example, from a search or a social media link — so we can see which channels bring orders. It lasts for your visit.

We don’t use advertising cookies. You can clear or block cookies in your browser; without them, your cart and language choice won’t be remembered.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as the law and our accounts require. Messages and newsletter sign-ups are kept until you ask us to delete them.
