Terms & Conditions

The terms that apply when you use this website and order from D'liors.

These terms apply to every order placed on this website. By placing an order you accept them, together with our Shipping & Delivery, Return & Refund and Privacy policies.

Products and prices

  • All prices are in Pakistani rupees (Rs). The charge for the delivery option you choose is added at checkout.
  • We describe and photograph our fragrances as faithfully as we can, but colours vary between screens and every scent develops a little differently on each skin.
  • Our fragrances are available while stock lasts. If something you ordered is no longer available, we’ll tell you before dispatch, and you won’t pay for it.
  • If we find a mistake in a price or description that affects your order, we’ll contact you before dispatch.

Placing an order

  • Your order is an offer to buy. It’s confirmed once we accept it: we confirm every order by a call or WhatsApp message before it’s dispatched.
  • Please give your correct name, phone number and full address: we can’t deliver an order we can’t confirm.
  • We may decline or cancel an order — for example, if we can’t reach you, if we can’t deliver to the address, or if an order looks fraudulent. You pay nothing for a cancelled order.

Payment

Cash on delivery is our only payment method. You pay the full order total, including the delivery charge, in cash to the rider when your parcel arrives.

Delivery options, charges and times are set out in our Shipping & Delivery policy. Delivery times are estimates.

No returns or refunds

All sales are final: we don’t accept returns or exchanges, and we don’t give refunds. Please check your parcel before you pay the rider, and don’t accept it if anything is wrong. The details are in our Return & Refund Policy.

Using our fragrances

  • For external use only. Keep away from the eyes, from children and from open flames — perfume is flammable.
  • If you have sensitive skin or allergies, read the notes on the fragrance’s page and test it on a small area of skin first. Stop using any fragrance that irritates your skin.
  • Store your perfume away from direct sunlight and heat.

The text, photographs, the D’lior name and logo on this website belong to D'liors and may not be copied or used commercially without our written permission.

Our responsibility

As far as the law allows, our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms takes away any rights you have under the laws of Pakistan.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order is the one that applies to it.
