Ordering and payment
How do I pay?
Cash on delivery only. You pay the rider in cash when your order arrives — the order total plus the delivery charge. No card or bank details are needed.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, until it’s dispatched. Message us on WhatsApp with your order number as soon as you can; an order that hasn’t left us can be changed or cancelled at no cost.
How do I know my order went through?
You’ll see your order number on screen as soon as you place it (and by email, if you gave one). We then call or message you on WhatsApp to confirm your order and address before it ships.
Delivery
Do you deliver everywhere in Pakistan?
Yes — to every city and town in Pakistan, through our courier partners, always cash on delivery.
How long does delivery take, and what does it cost?
Standard delivery takes 3–5 days and costs Rs 300. Express delivery takes 1–2 days and costs Rs 650. You choose at checkout; delivery times are estimates.
Is delivery ever free?
No. Every order carries the charge of the delivery option you choose.
How can I track my order?
Enter your order number and the phone number you used at checkout on our Track Order page, or ask us on WhatsApp.
Gifts
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes. Every order arrives in our signature box, gift-wrapped and ready to give.
Can I send a perfume as a gift to someone else?
Yes: enter the recipient’s name, phone number and address at checkout. As every order is cash on delivery, the person who receives the parcel pays the rider — so make sure they’re expecting it.
Our fragrances
How long do your fragrances last?
Between 8 and 12 hours on skin, depending on the fragrance — each one’s page shows its longevity. Your skin, the weather and where you apply it all play a part: on warm, moisturised skin, fragrance lasts longer.
Are your perfumes authentic?
Yes. Every D’lior fragrance is an original D’liors own-brand fragrance — not a copy or a replica of another brand’s perfume. To be sure of a genuine bottle, buy from this website or our official TikTok and Facebook pages.
Which fragrance is right for me?
Each fragrance’s page lists its top, heart and base notes, its intensity and its longevity. Fresh and clean: Vayron. Fresh and aromatic: Aver. Rose and amber: Crowné. Bright and floral: Elara. Warm and sweet: Floria. Easy every day: Evaan. Still unsure? Tell our advisors on WhatsApp what you like, and they’ll suggest one.
Returns
Can I return or exchange a perfume?
No. All sales are final: we don’t accept returns or exchanges, and we don’t give refunds. Please check your parcel before you pay the rider — see our Return & Refund Policy.
What if my parcel arrives damaged, or isn’t what I ordered?
Don’t accept it. Hand it back to the rider without paying, and message us on WhatsApp or call 0343 5173705 straight away.
