Where we deliver
We deliver to every city and town in Pakistan through our courier partners. Every order is paid in cash when it reaches you — cash on delivery is our only payment method, so you never pay for something you haven’t received.
Delivery options and charges

Choose your option at checkout. The delivery charge is added to your order total, and you pay it to the rider together with your order.
There is no free delivery: every order carries the charge of the delivery option you choose.
How long it takes
- Standard delivery: 3–5 days, for Rs 300.
- Express delivery: 1–2 days, for Rs 650.
- Delivery times are estimates. Public holidays, the weather or a hard-to-reach address can add a day or two.
Before your order ships
We call or message you on WhatsApp, on the number you gave at checkout, to confirm your order and address. Please keep your phone on: an order we can’t confirm is held until we reach you.
When the rider arrives
- The rider calls you before delivering.
- Check the parcel before you pay: that it’s sealed and undamaged, and that it’s what you ordered.
- If anything is wrong, don’t accept it. Hand it back to the rider without paying and message us on WhatsApp.
- Once you accept the parcel and pay, the sale is final — see our Return & Refund Policy.
Gift wrapping
Every order arrives in our signature box, gift-wrapped and ready to give. Sending a gift? Enter the recipient’s name, phone number and address at checkout. As every order is cash on delivery, the person who receives the parcel pays the rider.
